Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Delivery Schedule Shipping day from Forge de Saint-Juéry SARL is Tuesday. We are very busy making tools as demand is very high so we have one morning each week when we pack your tools and ship them. This gives us more time to make tools. One day we may have a person to do this full time!
Out of Stock & Special Order Tools - This depends on the time available before the next heat treatment. As a general rule you should allows 2-5 weeks from order to dispatch.
Heat treatment is currently undertaken every other Thursday. We will tell you if your order cannot be sent within 5 weeks.
European orders should be received 3 to 5 working days.
USA and other overseas destinations 7 to 10 working days.
You must inform us within seven working days after expected delivery if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
